After over 3 years of development and a significant investment, DDS metals are proud to exhibit their range of premium Defender Bulkheads. Countless test fits have been carried out to ensure outstanding quality and a precise fit before launching.
Unlike the one-size-fits-all alternatives currently available, DDS metal's Bulkheads are year specific. Every panel is expertly pressed, ensuring complete precision and authenticity down to the last detail. We've invested significant time and resources in developing bespoke press tools to guarantee that our Bulkheads not only match, but surpass the original specifications. Our carefully designed tools allow us to incorporate intricate details that other manufacturers simply cannot duplicate, including the precise 2-depth ribbing in the footwells
Our double-skinned bulkheads are manufactured to OEM specifications. There is no issues with double-skinned if engineering correctly like DDS bulkheads. We have added extra drainage holes to allow for the galvanising to fully flow & create even internal coverage, creating a durable bulkhead that will no doubt exceed a 5 year warranty.
The Bulkheads are manufactured IN PARTNERSHIP WITH RICHARD CHASSIS!

Galvanised ? Superior finish, will last a long time, we do clean holes re-tap / thread where necessary, panels do distort in the hot dip process, galvanising lumps and bumps need preparation work to smooth of before any part of the paint process can begin, would also recommend (waxoyl etc) to make sure everywhere is covered and protected properly
