Shipping
We offer free UK mainland delivery for orders with a total value over £100.00* excluding some postcodes as listed below.
Standard Delivery
Maltings Off Road uses various shipping methods, for parcels up to 3kg we will use royal mail on a 2-3 day service. DPD or Fedex for any parcels between 4kg to 30kg and under 1m in length on a next day service from the collection day; this is normally a 2-3 day delivery service. This is normally a next working day delivery service with tracking but is not a guaranteed next day delivery service. We may upgrade some Royal Mail deliveries to a courier delivery at no extra charge depending on the size, weight and delivery postcode.
Express Delivery
You have the option at the checkout to upgrade from free delivery to Express 1-2 Day Delivery for £9.99. (Excludes Saturday and Sunday). * Express Delivery is normally next day service if placed before 2pm but not guaranteed therefore you will receive your items on the second day. At busy times, Express Delivery orders will take priority over standard postage orders for picking and packing in our warehouse.
Saturday Delivery
Saturday delivery is not available on all products so please contact us.
Cut Off Time
Our cut off time for picking and dispatching orders is 2pm Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after this time may not get dispatched the same day and will be processed the following working day (only applies for express shipping if not clear).
Priority Dispatch Times
At busy times we cannot always pick, pack and dispatch all orders the same day, so Express Delivery orders will take priority over standard postage orders for picking and packing in our warehouse. Our peak times are Monday and Tuesday and after any public holidays
International Shipping
Please note we do not cover import taxes and fees, the shipping quotes at checkout are only for the shipping cost itself.
Stocked Items
Whilst we endeavor to stock as many items as we can, it is impossible to have every single item and part available. Order in items will not be dispatched the same day, please allow 2-3 days. If there are any problems with deliveries, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Priority Dispatch Times
Stock availability is becoming an increasing problem since Brexit, Covid and now the energy crisis affects manufacturers and the supply chain. The worst affected parts are Genuine Land Rover, OEM and some OE parts. If we cannot source a part from one of our many suppliers, we will let you know as soon as possible.
FREE UK Delivery covers most of the country with the exception of the following postcodes which are regarded by couriers as Offshore or Highlands and Islands.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items (original packaging) within 14 days from the order delivery date for a refund. Any carriage charge paid by the customer when originally purchased will not be refunded, the customer will also have to send the items back at their cost. We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
If the items do not come back to us in origianl unopened packerging we can not accept the return.
Please do not return the items without a supplied return form which is given after a return request is approved.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Delayed Deliveries
Delayed deliveries do not form part of the purchase contract as order delays due to a late courier is not something we can cover as its out of Maltings Off Roads control.
Cancelled Orders
From initial purchase if you require to cancel an order please call and speak to a member of the team, emailed cancel request arent permited as they can be missed.
