Direct replacement aluminium header tank expansion reservoir for Defender, Discovery and Range Rover

Designed and built in our Herefordshire workshops to replace the original plastic item which is prone to splitting along the seam caused by heat cycling.
This design eliminates the problem and also aids cooling.
Manufactured from high grade corrosion resistant 2mm aluminium, laser cut, CNC folded and fully TIG welded by hand in house.
Uses the original mounts and hose connections. CNC machined pipe connections for extra pipe security.
Supplied as standard with plastic pressure cap, we also offer a range of aluminium caps.
Various options available - with sight gauge, universal low level float switch or powder coated black.
Cap thread suitable for Range Rover Classic models with level switch integrated into the cap.
Can be made to fit earlier models with “lozenge” shape metal tank with minor modifications to the pipe connections and mounting system.
*Lifetime warranty excludes cap and float switch.
Float is a universal product, which can be wired to a warning light or buzzer, we can supply spec sheet on request. Float switch is not designed to replace OEM cap mounted float.
