Terrafirma Gassing Chuck Hose and Gauge.
The correct gassing system is required to set up Terrafirma Hydraulic bump stops, Air shocks, Remote Reservoir and Mega Sport shocks.
When using Nitogen (don't use anything else) ensure the shock is fully extended, if re-gassing is to be carried out while shocks are fitted then jack the vehicle up.
Prior to gassing make sure the valve on the reservoir shock is tight and there are no leaks.
The nitogen pressure on the Mega sport shocks is factory set at 100-150psi for the recreational use but the preasure can be adjusted between 60 and 200psi. High Pressure results in a firm ride and low pressure results in a soft ride.
The Hydraulic bump stops are fatory set at 150psi and can be adjusted between 100 and 400psi to suit the ride characteristics and application.
For optimum performance check you pressures every 10,000 miles.
