Solid bars
Fitted 2 bars to my defender Puma. No instructions are included and a note to say which screw should be in which hole would have been appreciated. Not too hard to figure it out though: Put the rubbers on the ends of the main bar, place this on the vehicle first in the gutters, then offer up the side plates, stick the foam gaskets on the surfaces that contact your car, put a small screw in the top (with washer and lock nut), then tighten the long screw in the bottom hole (making sure to alternate between sides to keep the pressure even). Then when the long ones are tight, tighten the shorter bolts all the way in. I have both of mine onwards the rear of my 110 and there is no wind noise even up to motorway speeds.

DA5570 Defender Classic Roof Bars
Well built, strong and easy to fit. I used stainless fixings with it to put icing on the cake. Could have done with some instructions to confirm which bolts to use where (two sizes) and where to stick the foam strip.
