      Usually get good service and well packaged parts but this arrived with a really badly packed box that wasn't sealed properly as there were parts missing from the order, I had to phone up and complain at which point the parts advisor Patrick Willis asked for photo evidence of what was received, it then took a further 3 days for the missing parts to arrive. It would be more helpful if the parts were packaged correctly in the first place and and additionally the list of parts be given on the web site ordering page to confirm what parts are in the kit being ordered, (not a rant just an observation)
