High efficiency direct replacement radiator for Defender TD5, 2.4TDCi and 2.2 TDCi.
Over 35% more cooling capacity. Overall dimensions are the same as original to allow installation with no modifications but we manufacture using a 20% thicker cooling core.
Manufactured using our special controlled atmosphere brazed cores and optimum 12 fins per inch (FPI) for maximum cooling without clogging with mud.
Modelled with Solid Works and built at our UK workshop using laser cut profiles, CNC formed end tanks and fully TIG welded by hand.
All pipe connections are swaged for pipe security, any threads are CNC machined and all our radiators are pressure tested to 30psi before dispatch.
Note, for maximum cooling, we recommend using the original viscous fan. Aluminium radiators are primarily designed to aid cooling as they are far more efficient than copper and brass, rather than longevity.
